Condo Layout & Design:
- Two nearly identical condos stacked on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building, accessible via an internal stairwell.
- Each condo boasts an open floor plan, combining kitchenette and lounge space, perfect for group gatherings.
- Living rooms feature high vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, and original brick walls, adding character and charm.
- Convenient kitchenettes with basic kitchenware located on the main levels of each condo.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
- Two master suites with plush King-size beds, luxurious linens, and full ensuite bathrooms for ultimate comfort and privacy.
- Four guest bedrooms, each with a Queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, and access to two full bathrooms just off the main living areas.
- Each bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV, and Comcast cable package is available in all rooms.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have exclusive access to the 2nd & 3rd floor of the building. Easily accessible and well lit for your safety.
You can pull your cars off the street and into a two parking spaces behind the building, which makes packing and unpacking a breeze.

This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis
offering resort-style amenities and a Bali-Tulum-inspired atmosphere unparalleled on the
peninsula. The property includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch,
dinner, trendy cocktails, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and
fitness studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private
and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events.

*Access to the Wonderer is Subject to change based on Seasonality, Weather factors, and are
first come, first serve, so please make sure to confirm operating hours for the dates of your stay. For visits between April 15th - September 1st, we strongly recommend booking in advance to ensure access. Groups of 8 or more guests are strongly encouraged to book a cabana in advance to ensure an ultimate, premium experience poolside
All guests must be at least 25 years or older to access the Club unless approved is given by The Wonderer management team.

Other Notes: *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking.
*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.
*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.
