This was my first time traveling with my pup. I loved seeing fresh water & treats at the entrance. At check-in they had the cutest little doggy bag with more treats and a poop pouch which really made me feel like my dog was welcomed. Super friendly & welcoming staff! They had a courtyard where he could go to the restroom plus it was located in an area where I could take him on a walk without too much traffic. I’ll definitely be staying at this hotel again any time I’m in Charlotte!

I can't say enough about how great this Aloft was for me and my small dog traveling alone down to Florida. It is very safe, has a well-lit parking lot with grassy areas and is located in a mixed-use complex just outside of Charlotte. Staff was so friendly and accommodating, I loved the modern, fun vibe and decor, and there was no pet fee. Refrigerator in room. You can order chicken tenders and pizza at the bar and there is a well-stocked snack shop. They even put out water and milk bones for the pups.

What a great hotel. Beautiful, dog friendly. We had room 101, right near a side exit door. Perfect location. The room was beautiful. Would stay here again or at any other Aloft Hotel. Plenty of grassy areas. Ideal.

Great place to stay with pup. Put us on ground floor with great access to potty areas etc. Modern facilities and plenty of parking space. Building sits among a corporate complex. Stayed 1 night. Great choice.

The hotel had a bowl of treats and water outside the front door upon arrival. Staff were very kind, professional, and followed covid precautions. Check-in and check-out we’re a breeze. Our dog was happy and so were we.

Loved our stay. We brought our large breed dogs. Hotel was nice. No extra fee. The relief area was small but it’s located in a big enough area where you can walk them outside of the hotel. A lot of restaurants around the area so dining after a long road trip was super easy. Complimentary coffee in the morning was great and great customer service from the staff.

Modern hotel with very new rooms. Very clean. No pet odors. All dogs on same floor yet not noisy! Bar open Friday/Saturday. Spacious well equipped fitness center, lots of food/gas options nearby. Walkable and very safe area.

Stayed four nights while visiting family in Providence Crossing (10 minutes from hotel). Extremely nice staff and very nice room on first floor with easy access to grounds for dog walks. Very easy access to highways, shopping and restaurants, etc. Will stay again and have already recommended to others.

Enjoyed the visit at Aloft in Ballantyne. It was a very new looking section of Charlotte, in an upscale office park area. Really enjoyed our stay. They greeted the dogs as they passed the entry desk and of course acknowledged us as well!

The location of this hotel was terrific. Lots of green space for walks and an abundance of restaurants nearby. The staff was super-friendly and gave our pup his own 'amenity bag' when we checked in. The rooms are a bit on the small size, but for two adults and our small pup it was just fine. Everything was spotlessly clean. Great outdoor area for the dogs (right behind the hotel) and our room location was very close to the side door on the ground level. Very convenient. Would stay here again.

Per BringFido, there is no weight limit for dogs. On our way to the hotel, we noticed the website says 40 pound weight limit. We didn't have any issue checking in with our 100 pound dog. When checking out, I asked about the weight limit and the concierge said 40 pounds was official policy but it's not really enforced. I'm just writing this because this could potentially cause problems depending on who is checking in at the hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised by how great this place is. We will definitely be back. The staff was great, the chef in the breakfast cafe was super pleasant and the rooms were very clean and really all you need. I would highly recommend if you are traveling with your dogs.
