Great friendly staff, very comfortable rooms, close to everything. Only real issue is parking. Be ready to walk a few blocks to find parking. Great staff!

Parking was tough had to find a spot on the road, breakfast was so so (French toast/waffles & no maple syrup)bartender was great room was nice! Close enough to Duval St etc...

Couldn’t have been a better weekend getaway. Pool and bar were super as were all the staff. The breakfast was enjoyed by all that came and given Covid restrictions we all sat well apart and managed fine.

We had a great time at the Pams, as did he pupper! It’s close to all the Key Weird action and the hotel is adorable. Rooms are a little on the smaller sign and the shower is tiny, but there is plenty of space outside by the pool or on the front porch. We kept running out of cold water in the shower and toilet, so we sometimes couldn’t flush for a few minutes after showering, but I’m sure that can be addressed easily enough.
We’ll definitely come back next time we’re in K.W.

Safe Stay: The Palms Hotel has enhanced cleaning and safety measures in place. Masks and hand sanitizer are provided to guests, and rooms are disinfected between each stay. Social distancing measures are in place, as well as physical barriers between staff and guests. Each room has a 24-hour gap period between stays, and hotel staff are required to wear masks.
