Description
Cedar Island Campground has 18 lightly wooded tent sites that are accessible by boat only. The island is located on the St. Lawrence River, approximately ten minutes northeast of Alexandria Bay. Amenities include two docks, potable water, flush toilets, and a picnic pavilion. The campground opens in mid-May and closes Labor Day.
