We just bought a new camper because we wanted to go away with our 2 Springer Spaniels and 2 Setter mixes. They have never camped, they have never seen the beach or the ocean. They loved every minute of it. Dogs were at almost every camper. Poop drop off buckets are along the river, beach accesses, and the campground. Bring your own bags. Dogs are allowed on the beaches between September 15th through April 1st. Even though it is hurricane season, the weather is still great in September. Walk along the Merrimack River as well without the though surf. And if you're lucky, you'll find some seals hanging out on the rocks. Bring proof of rabies vaccination and a 6' lead. All set. Full water and electric hookup available with amazing views. Free showers with hot water. Not for dogs! Use a hose by your site. Fall asleep listening to the waves crashing very close by. And with many pet friendly shops nearby you can go exploring. We week be back again.
