Description
Cranberry Lake is one of the largest remote lakes in the Adirondacks. It has been stocked with trout in the past, and is excellent for fishing, but there are 50 miles of well developed hiking trails in the vicinity as well. The Cranberry Lake Campground has 173 campsites, hot showers, flush toilets, dump station, recycling center, picnic area, amphitheater, sand beach with bathhouse, and picnic area with tables, fireplaces, and grills. There is also a boat launch near Cranberry Lake hamlet.
