Description
Soak up the beauty of the Ozark foothills with your four legged friend at this campground, which sits on the shores of the Wappapello Lake Project. The area abounds with opportunities for quiet walks or swimming and playing on the lake. The park has a visitor center, picnic shelters, sports courts, playgrounds, courtesy dock and boat ramp, fishing pier, swimming beach and more. The campground also has shower houses, dump station, playgrounds and horseshoe pits. Almost all the sites have full hookups, though there are non-electric sites on the island, which is boat-in only.
