Crescent City / Redwoods KOA is a great base camp in America's Wild Rivers Coast. While there, you can hike among giant redwoods, swim in the pristine Smith River, explore tide pools, hunt for agates, and comb miles of local beaches with Fido. The campground has 50 amp service, and can accommodate rigs up to 80 feet in its pull thru sites. In the redwood forest section of the campground, you'll find beautiful and unique tent sites, Kamping Kabins and secluded water/electric sites for small RVs and vans. We love staying here in a Kamping Kabin with our dog. The setting is in a grove of redwoods for those staying in a tent or cabin. The accommodations and facilities are always clean. There is k9 dog park for off leash. Great access to the Redwoods area. Affordable and always our favorite spot to stay!

I love this campground so much. Not only is it dog friendly but there is a dog park as well. It was the best place to stop for a much needed nights rest on our road trip. Scout had fun checking out the grounds on leash of course and she met some friendly goats. Must check it out!!!
