Description
Church Bight Cabin is a large A-frame cabin that sleeps up to 7 people. It is in a primitive setting with no electricity, plumbing, or phone, but is equipped with wooden bunks, a table, woodstove, and an outside toilet. The cabin is located on the western shore of Church Bight, a small cove within Gambier Bay on southeast Admiralty Island. It can be accessed by float plane or boat only. It is about a 1-hour flight from Juneau or 30 minutes from Petersburg. Campers need to bring their own sleeping bags, cooking stove, lantern, pots, pans, plates, utensils, food, toilet paper, garbage bags, and fire starter.
