Checotah / Lake Eufaula West KOA is located in a quiet country setting near I-40, along the shoreline of Lake Eufaula, Oklahoma's largest reservoir. The campground has 50 amp service, and can accommodate rigs up to 116 feet. Other amenities include free Wi-Fi, swimming pool, snack bar, propane (for a fee), fishing, and a group pavilion.You can also rent canoes, kayaks and paddleboats onsite, visit KOA's barnyard zoo, or take Fido on for a walk on one of the campground's nature trails. While you're here, be sure to visit Checotah, the Steer Wrestling Capital of the World and home of the 2005 American Idol, Carrie Underwood.
