Mammoth Mountain RV Park

Dogs are allowed at Mammoth Mountain RV Park, but they must be kept on a leash no longer than 6 feet when outside your vehicle. Angry, aggressive or excessively barking dogs will not be tolerated, and Pit Bulls are not allowed. There is a pet fee of $3/night per dog, or $25/month per dog. Other restrictions may apply. Mammoth Mountain RV Park offers full and partial hook-up sites, tent camping and cabins in the beautiful alpine town of Mammoth Lakes, CA. At Mammoth Mountain RV Park you will be able to enjoy clean air, beautiful skies and mountain life. They are located at the entrance of town, across from the Mammoth Lakes Welcome Center and Ranger Station on Highway CA-203 (Main St). Their location is ideal for camping, relaxing, sight seeing, fishing, skiing, snowboarding, hiking, shopping and much more!

Large dog friendly
Stayed here Memorial Day weekend 2024 with 3 large dogs (2 Bernese Mountain dogs and 1 lab). They were very accommodating and allowed us to use our dog fence. Dogs loved going on walks through the forest. The campground is located right on the edge of town. Part of the campground is under the shade and dirt ground of the forest and the other part is on pavement. Nice walking/biking path directly to town. Only a 5 minute walk to Starbucks. If you want to request a specific site, you need to email them or call and leave a message. YES, they do call you back and are very helpful. There is an additional fee to request a specific site but I feel it’s well worth the extra money. We already reserved our next return trip!!
