Royal View Campground
Dogs are allowed at Royal View Campground, but they must be kept on a leash no longer than 6 feet when outside your vehicle. Pet owners must pick up pet waste. When at the puppy park you must stay with the pet. No pets shall remain unattended. No excessive barking. Aggressive pets are not permitted and certain breeds are not allowed. No tying of pets to signs or trees--please hook their leash to your RV or Tent if necessary. No Pet fencing or kennels outside of RV or campsite. Pets must be current on vaccines. There is a 2 dog limit per RV site and 1 per Tent site unless prior approval is received. No pets are permitted in cabins, pool, bathrooms or clubhouse building. There are no pet fees. Just eight miles west of Canon City and one mile west of the Royal Gorge entrance in Colorado, the 50 acre Royal View Campground gives you a plethora of great views of the Royal Gorge region combined with the peaceful setting of the magnificent Colorado Rocky Mountains. The RV park has level pull-through RV sites with 30 and 50 amp service available. They offer Camping Cabins, secluded tent sites and the area's largest heated swimming pool. Other recreational activities are available onsite and nearby providing you with a variety of ways for you and your family to enjoy your summer vacation.
