Description
Located in the exclusive New Seabury Resort Area on Cape Cod (Mashpee), this house is located at end of a quiet cull-de-sac. Enjoy gorgeous water views of Ockway Bay which leads to Nantucket Sound. Comfortably furnished with updated modern, sunny kitchen, large fireplace living room with water views and sliders to oversize deck. The family room and dining room have sliders onto a stoned patio. Newly renovated granite powder room, large king master bedroom with sitting area, fireplace, and new deck with outstanding water views. A great place to relax and enjoy your morning coffee. There's also a Queen bedroom and twin bedroom, above-ground family room area with its own full bathroom, a fifty inch television, and direct access to large grassy yard. The lower family room area sleeps 3-4 and there's a great room for the kids to enjoy. Full laundry on lower level with laundry shoots from the 1st and 2nd floors. The house has central AC and ceiling fans in bedrooms and family room, large driveway, and private mooring.
