Description

The cottage is located on Route 9 (Lakeshore Drive) one mile north of Lake George village on the west side of the lake. The property consists of 3. 5 acres with nearly 900' of private shoreline. The 1664 SF cottage has all the amenities of contemporary living and is fully furnished; you only need bring linens. There is a private 40' by 8' dock for your swimming, sunning & boat tie-up needs, sandy beach for youngsters, picnic benches and clay tennis court. The cottage is totally winterized for year round use. Sound good?
