Optional pairing with the adjacent property, “The Addition,” provides an additional 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, offering even more space and convenience for larger groups without compromising intimacy or style. When rented independently, both homes offer complete privacy and do not share any areas inside or out.
We can accommodate up to 26 guests, additional guest fees apply over 14 guests.
We are dog-friendly (up to five dogs allowed), additional fees apply.

Excessive cleaning (if required)is billed at $35/hr. Repairs due to damages are $45/hour. If anything becomes ruined or missing, you will be charged accordingly. Notification is given prior to any deductions from your security deposit on file.
No illegal, dangerous, or non-family oriented activities or items are permitted including, but not limited to, underage drinking, illegal narcotics, strippers, beach fires, kegs, deep fryers, fireworks, other flammable items, etc.
No commercial or retail entities or third-party service providers (e.g., catering companies, DJ’s, VJ’s, rental equipment companies, etc.).
No smoking inside or anywhere within 15 feet of any open door or window ($1000 fine).
Care for the Premises with all due care, leave it undamaged, clean, and keep conditions safe throughout your stay.
Only four (4) cars are allowed at ANY point in time. Including any visitors, loading and unloading, even if for a short time period. Do not block neighbor’s garage OR park anywhere on the sloped driveway OR anywhere below. Overflow parking is 2 miles away

Safely Trust and Safety Damage Waiver Fee provides up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury during your stay. Full terms provided upon booking.
Additional Guest fee applies over 12 people: $20/person per night. This covers maintenance/replacement of aerobeds, pullout sofas, extra laundry, increased utility costs, wear and tear, and more.
Neighborhood quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9PM-9AM; Parties / events, lack of decorum and disruptive noise will not be tolerated; If the neighbors are disturbed, Miller Beach Vacation Rentals reserves the right to ask the tenant to vacate the premises with no refund.
We use smart home technology to measure noise decibel levels throughout the property and you will be notified immediately if a noise event has been triggered. Tampering with monitoring devices is strictly prohibited and will result in a $350 fine.
Speakers/Outside music not permitted anytime. This includes: party speakers, amps, subwoofers, stereo surround systems, or other high-powered audio equipment, etc.
