      Seagull Beach House (Adjacent to Sanddollar) Oceano, Ca

      Been here for 10 days at the Seagull Beach house and I swear I would live here forever! It is a cozy, somewhat hidden quirky beach house with lots of amenities. Very private, on the beach, literally you walk out your alcove and you are 2 minutes down the dunes to the ocean. It is charming and calming. Easy to care for and dog friendly to boot. I am in love with this home, it is my DREAM beach home and if the owner (who is absolutely wonderful) ever needs a full-time tenant to caretake the main house (Sanddollar), I hope she calls me! Three patios, a firepit, a shared jacuzzi (that is set to a perfect temp) and a Captains Deck,overlooking the Ocean.....what more could you ask for? Lovely, highly recommended. Lots of glass and mirrors, beds are super comfy too.
