The Mountainside House
Welcome to the most exclusive slopeside rental property in all of Killington, supported by legendary customer service! This property features unobstructed views of Killington Mountain and its ski trails from every part of the home!!
The Mountainside House is a six bedroom, six and one-half bath, 10,000 square foot, custom built property that is recognized as the finest slopeside estate in the Village of Killington. Each of the six bedroom suites has their own private bathroom. There is a half bath powder room off of the kitchen. This property is located on the High Ridge ski trail, providing the convenience of a ski home experience. We have dedicated car service for the Mountainside House to take you to the base lodge throughout the ski day.
There are magnificent mountain views featured at this property, including unobstructed views of Killington Mountain and its ski trails from anywhere within this home! The custom furniture compliments the property's incredible setting in the heart of the resort!
Culinary needs are satisfied with a spectacular kitchen and dining room. There is also a private chef available. This commercial size kitchen is completely set up for your entertaining pleasures (pot & pans, glass wear, plate wear and flat wear) and on your deck, there is a BBQ grill connected to the gas supply of the house. There is a washer & a dryer wing inside of the home. This property is presented with high-speed wireless Internet and premium cable HDTV programming (with unlimited movie channels) in the bedrooms, living room and game room, including eight flat panel HDTVs.
You will have access to the entire house except for the lockout closets and the three-door garages.
Also, the shuttle service goes from three trips in the morning *house to lifts* and three trips in the afternoon from lift to house if necessary. Guests can take the Highridge Trail from the right-side trail of Snowshed. If that's the case, guests do not need the shuttle to go back home. Guests can ski back home.
Shuttle Service will start from the first Christmas' Week reservation moving forward ONLY during the ski day (3 times in the morning and 2 in the afternoon from the house to the lodge or vice versa). Due to COVID-19, the daily maid service is no longer available. We hope for your understanding.

Limitation of Liability: The owner and their rental agent shall not be liable to the Tenant, his family or guest for any injury to person or property arising out of Tenant’s occupancy of the premise. Tenant shall hold the Landlord and its representatives harmless against any and all claims and/or liabilities arising out of the Tenant’s occupancy of the premises. Proper use of the Hot Tub Spa is the Tenant’s responsibility. Tenant shall hold the Landlord and its representatives harmless against any and all claims or liabilities arising out of the Tenant’s and/or their guests use of the hot tub spa.
- Any damages will be reported to Airbnb immediately for security deposit purposes.
- AC is only available in the main master bedroom. Fans are available around the house.

-Guests are required to accept our rental contract (Terms and Conditions) in order to confirm the reservation and for us to provide access to the property.
-Host is NOT Responsible for early season conditions from Killington Resort. Early/late season ski trail conditions are weather-dependent. Your dates might fall on the early/late season rates. For more information about conditions and open ski trails, guests can visit the Killington website.
-It is the guest's responsibility to check for ski trail conditions (if it's open or not) during the winter season on the Killington Resort website.
-The rental management company IS NOT responsible for winter-ski conditions. Reservations cannot be canceled due to the weather or lack of snow since mother nature effects are uncontrollable by the management company or the owner of the property.
-No arrivals or departures on Saturdays.
-Three-night minimum stay midweek (year-round).
-New Year's five-night minimum stay.
-Winter Season, three-night minimum stay weekends, three-night minimum stay midweeks.
-No shoes in the house.
-No smoking in the house.
-Do not over occupy the house. Overoccupancy will result in a $200.00 charge per extra person, per night. Overoccupancy is defined by the number of guests exceeding the agreed amount in both the Airbnb platform and our mutually agreed upon rental contract.
-Bringing a pet is subject to a fee. Pets must be approved prior to arrival. Please provide your pet's name, age, and breed. If you decide to bring a pet or pets without authorization, you will be charged $300.00 per pet plus cleaning costs.
