This lovely old inn has beautiful grounds and excellent service. We didn’t care for our room as much. The walls had the texture of a cave and the bed was very high (steps were included). But the hotel is very pet friendly and they serve a very generous breakfast in the morning, with sweet and savory choices.

The grounds of the inn are beautiful but there was limited grassy areas (my dog is a bit of a diva 🙄) if your room is over in the guesthouse. When reserving our room, I don’t recall reading that it was located down a fairly steep group of stairs. As I am mobility impaired and our dog is unable to climb or go down stairs due to a spinal injury, this made potty breaks quite difficult.
Since we were only staying one night, I didn’t ask for accommodations elsewhere. It just would have been helpful to know ahead of time. The room was lovely and spacious and the bed was a dream to sleep on. Felt just like home. The breakfast served in the morning was a wonderful surprise. We were expecting sort of a muffins/fruit/juice kind of offering. However, we were offered coffee & juice, a pumpkin scone, and the choice of a breakfast croissant sandwich with eggs, spinach, tomatoes etc, or the TASTIEST French toast with a banana, walnut, caramel sauce over the top. My husband and I got one of each and I saved a bit of the sandwich’s eggs to treat our dog. I recommend this place highly but, do be sure to read the room descriptions or ask questions if you have any mobility concerns.

Comfortable, clean room. Quiet, so dog was mostly relaxed. Wonderful, wonderful breakfast!

This BNB is very lovely and the staff are amazingly kind. My JJ was treated well and the staff loved to pet him. I highly recommend the Campbell House for travelers to the Eugene area.

Wow! Delicious hot breakfast that accommodated my dietary restrictions, dog friendly, great location, and a big jetted tub! I will definitely stay here again!
