Nestled in the foothills between the Adirondack Mountains and Lake Champlain, Barber Homestead Park is located 2 miles from the charming lakeside town of Westport, New York on the 200 year old Barber Homestead Century Farm. The property was settled by the Barbers in 1785 and continues to be owned by the Barber Family. Barber Homestead Park's location offers a quiet, secluded, 'off the beaten path' atmosphere, yet centrally located to many area attractions. You can choose whether to stay and relax, or go out for day trips, but always return to their little piece of paradise. THey offer a variety of planned activities / events, including community bonfires every weekend, holiday celebrations, cook-outs and much more! They welcome and accommodate all modes of camping, from tent campers to today's largest RVs. For tenters you can choose their spacious, grassy sites or their cozy wilderness atea which offers more privacy. A variety of RV campsites are available with your choice of hookup options, grassy or shaded and always free Wi-Fi throughout the campground.
