Great location
The staff here are so helpful and friendly. The campground is clean and the location couldn’t be any better. It’s close to everything. We rode our bikes, walked the Pinellas trail and took the trolley. We barely used our car. The park is building a dog park this summer (2024). Our pup was treated like a princess. She was allowed in the office with me and was spoiled with lots of attention. There is a 2 dog max per site. There are no additional fees for fur babies and it was great meeting other people who were out walking their pets at the same time we were. It’s how we initially met people. The campground has activities in November and as a PA member we received half off of our stay. We plan to go again for Memorial Day Weekend and July 4th. It's within walking distance or biking distance to several dog-friendly parks, restaurants, and breweries.
