Description
Stony Mountain Family Campground was opened in 1963. With over 57 acres of wooded and open area to enjoy, they are located in the heart of the Endless Mountains just 4.7 miles northwest of the historical town of Tunkhannock. They have weekend activities planned throughout the camping season. There is a 12 acre lake that is stocked with bass, perch, walleye and many more. There is also a lodge to enjoy some indoor activities - pool table and foosball just to mention a few. There are also video games, a dart board and small children games. They also have a camp store with light groceries and camping supplies. Propane firewood and ice are always available.
