Stayed two nights. Plenty of green (and beach) space available for dogs to walk around. Rooms are as pictured. A little pricy, but to be expected for this time or year and location (& last minute booking). Friendly staff. Convenient location to close hikes and Port Townsend. Wish the smoke didn’t spoil the views but overall pleasant stay!

We have a very large 120 pound Huskador who usually isn't welcomed, but the Port Ludlow Inn welcomed him with open arms, treats and loves. All the employees stopped to comment on him and made sure we had everything we needed.
We had dinner and breakfast in the Fireside Dining Room and both were excellent! We are excited to go again and bring our best friend Bear with us. Highly recommend!

Beautiful walking trails on the marina grounds and a nice beach area to walk along. The dogs really enjoyed exploring outdoors and watching the boats.

They spoiled our Quinny and do make a point of stressing the pet friendly component....however: no microwave. No coffee maker (they said due to Covid on this one), very slow service and overpriced food.

We had a great stay. We got a room with two balconies that overlooked the port and the marina. It was clean, roomy, and comfortable. They were very friendly to dogs and even put their name on a board welcoming them. There are great trails that go through the gardens and down to the beach and along the marina that my dogs thoroughly enjoyed. The dinner was good and the breakfast was great but it is not included. The only complaint that I have, if you even want to call it a complaint oh, is that the $50 pet fee is a little pricey. However I enjoyed my stay so much that I would pay it again in a heartbeat! if you're in this area with your pets I hire you recommend staying here.

We stayed two nights at The Resort at Port Ludlow with our two large dogs. The room was very nice and the hotel staff were very friendly to our dogs. The grounds around the hotel were expansive with grassy areas and a beach walk. Plenty of places for long walks and potty breaks, and gorgeous scenery for humans. About 5 minutes from the hotel (by car) are hiking areas in the woods. We chose the old overgown golf course for it's paved walkways that were the former cart paths. Lots of hills and both dogs and humans got a workout! I would have given the resort 5 stars except that dining was problematic. The hotel has a fabulous restaurant, but since you can't leave your dogs unattended in the room, you had to order carry out. Unfortunately, the carry out menu was very limited and the service very slow--each time we waited anywhere from 30 minutes to two hours for the call that our food was ready. There was also no real table in the room at which to eat, so we awkwardly pulled the Adirondack room chairs up to the desk. Otherwise, it was a beautiful, dog friendly location.

Health & Safety
Safe Stay: The Resort at Port Ludlow has enhanced cleaning and safety measures in place. Masks and hand sanitizer are provided to guests, and rooms are disinfected between each stay. Social distancing measures are in place, as well as physical barriers between staff and guests. Each room has a 24-hour gap period between stays, and hotel staff are required to wear masks.
