    Montfair Resort Farm welcomes two pets of any size for an additional fee of $40 per stay for the first pet and $20 per stay for the second pet. Only one dog is allowed at the Beauchamp house. Please note that pets must remain on-leash when outside the cottage. Pets are not allowed on the bed or in showers. Pets may not be left unattended in cabins for extended hours and cannot bark. For same day arrivals, please call 877‑411‑3436 to confirm availability of a pet-friendly room.

Getaway, relax and enjoy all our area has to offer; walk out your cottage door to hike, canoe, fish, bird watch, walk your dog, stargaze and ride mountain bikes. Local Vineyards are only a minutes drive and two are within hiking distance. Family owned and operated, Montfair Resort Farm provides a perfect authentic vacation, wedding, special event, or reunion. Rest and rejuvenate in an atmosphere of fresh mountain air, open fields, and 129 acres of peaceful woodlands at the foot of Pasture Fence Mountain. Wine Tours provided by Wish Wish Charlottesville Wine Tours will pick guests up from their cottage rental.
