Up to two pets of any size are welcome for an additional fee of $100 per stay. Pets must be up to date on shots and flea/tick prevention and crated when left in the home unattended. There is a dog area underneath the stairs with two large crates and space for toys, food, and leashes. Please contact Betty if you have any questions prior to booking.

Description
Skis, Pedals, 'n Paws is your year-round vacation home. During the winter months, the slopes are a short walk away. You can ski all morning then stop by for lunch, warm up, and get ready to ski the rest of the day. These same slopes turn into exciting mountain bike trails that will have families and avid mountain bikers entertained for days in warm weather. The neighborhood lake is filled with beautiful Koi making it a great place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. Walk about half a mile as you exit the neighborhood and you'll be starting the beautiful Overlook Trail, a .4 strenuous hike where your pooch might see deer and squirrels. At the end of the trail is Perry Park with a picnic area and and gorgeous waterfall you can hike through. Guests and their pets will have access to the entire home including the various decks and walkways, hot tub, gas BBQ, and fenced in play yard. There are two parking spaces right outside the home. Please note that there is a $125 cleaning fee and all rentals require a $250 refundable security deposit. Guests can check-in anytime after 4:00 pm and are requested to check-out by 11:00 am.
