    Great Service

Accommodated all 6 of my pets (5 dogs and 1 cat) without charging extra. And when my dogs kept barking every time someone walked past the door and I got fed up and began yelling for the dogs to shut up, and another guest or staff heard me yelling and notified the front desk instead of getting upset with me for the excessive noise, they called the room and expressed concern that I might be having difficulties and be in need of assistance.

I explained that for the time being it was just me and the pets. My sister who was sharing the accommodation with me needed to run an errand and I was getting frustrated listening to the dogs bark. I thought we would disturb the other guests and have to leave and I had had a hard time finding a place I could take all my animals. So I was very grateful they were so understanding and welcoming of me and my furry brood. I will definitely go back the next time I need a room for me and my pets. Even signed up for their loyalty program. They are awesome.

    Nice and Friendly

They brought pet beds and bowls to our room after we asked. They also brought up a coffee machine upon request. Nice city location and a short walk to a nice grassy area.

Nice hotel; not ideal for dogs

The hotel itself is lovely. The room was comfortable and spacious and the lobby had a cool vibe. However, it was not ideal with a dog. While they did provide a bed and bowls, and were generally friendly toward our dog, the pet relief situation is less than ideal. There is a strip of grass, but it’s a bit of a walk from the entrance, through construction (as of July 2022) to an area that was quite busy. I would not have felt comfortable taking my dog out late at night, and it was far enough that it was a pain taking her out before bed and in the morning. I would stay here again without a dog, but I wouldn’t stay here again with a dog.

    Not as great as expected

I was told that upon arrival we would be greeted with treats beds and bowls. This didn’t happen. After requesting and waiting for a day they finally sent the items. The only place to walk the dogs is a block away so early mornings can be a challenge. The dog park nearby is cute BUT the homeless population is out of control. There were homeless people sleeping all around the sidewalks and in the dog park and I was uncomfortable letting my dog loose to run in the park.

There was a prom happening there one of the nights and so many people that it made the dogs uneasy with all the young girls stomping around in their heels and running up and down the halls. The refrigerator didn’t work and ice machine on my floor was out of service. That was a challenge due to my dogs being on a raw food diet that requires their food to be kept cold. I did bring an ice chest and I’m grateful for that. But I paid over $500 per night and that wasn’t worth it for our experience. I only gave a two star rating because it smelled good there and they allow pets. Fell short on many other levels. Even called for a cart to be sent up to my room on checkout and nobody showed up. Went down and everyone was standing around talking so we did it ourselves. Not going back there again.

    Missing Necklace

We left the hotel and after an hour realized our necklace was gone. We had left my wife's Tiffany's necklace on accident. After an hour, and no new guests coming to the room, the staff claimed that the item was lost. However, we clearly left it on the lamp. Very disappointed by the service. Also, hotel is in a busy area no suitable for more anxious dogs.

    Luxury goodness

LOVED our stay. Incredible bar/restaurant on the second floor, dog-friendly pool on the third. Really friendly, Dog-loving staff. Do note that the nearest patch of grass is a few blocks away. Not a problem for me as I have a large dog who only needed to go twice during our stay but something for others to consider.

    Great Stay

Great Premise, 3rd floor Pool area, hotel room a plus and friendly and attentive staff. However, as with all cities, finding a piece of grass turf for the doggie was a bit challenging , especially if they are use to green. Good place to lodge!
