      Better for dogs than people

      Our room had a broken window shade, one bath towel (2 people) and only decaf coffee. When we called for another towel, they brought hand towels. The only hook in the bathroom was broken off. The check-in clerk wrote our room number so illegibly that we had to go back to reception for clarification of our room number.

      Noisy

      Took 15 minutes for someone to come to front desk to get checked in. A/C in room worked but was too noisy to have on. Walls are so thin & it was very loud. Pet fee is ridiculous. Rooms are nice but just did not work out for us, cancelled remainder of stay.
