Delton Oaks Resort welcomes two pets of any size for an additional fee of $25 per pet, per night. Only Main Lodge units allow pets. Lakeside rooms, cabins and villas are not pet friendly. Both dogs and cats are permitted, and well-behaved pets may be left in the room unattended. There is a grassy pet relief area with a waste station on the property. Delton Oaks Resort is a 28 unit resort that sits right on Lakde Delton. All rooms as of 2016 are completely renovated. We are now offering an all age pool party every Saturday during the summer. Delton Oaks offers both "pet friendly" and "pet free" rooms.

The resort is dirty. There was a strange smell in the room. The air conditioner was very noisy. The room is different from the photos. When the door was opened, many flies flew into the room. Flying around, we couldn't sleep at night. The service of the resort staff is very good. Ask the staff if you can reduce the one-night stay and refund the money. At that time, it was ok. After the trip, I called the resort to ask how to refund the money. The staff said that the money was not refunded.
