The Space:

• A charming 2-bedroom home that sleeps up to 5 guests — perfect for families, friends, or business travelers with pets.
• Just minutes from Kansas State University and Aggieville, enjoy easy access to campus events, dining, nightlife, and shopping.
Bedrooms & comfort
• Master bedroom: queen bed + quiet workspace.
• Upstairs suite: queen bed, two twin beds, and a TV.
• All beds feature medium-firm memory foam mattresses for restful sleep.
Kitchen & living space
• Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and dining essentials.
• Cozy living room with smart TV and comfortable seating for everyone.
Backyard & outdoor dining
• Private fenced yard — ideal for pets and relaxation.
• Patio with dining table, seating, and a natural-gas grill (no propane hassle).
• The perfect spot for BBQs or letting pets roam safely while supervised.
Guest information
• Check-in: 4 PM | Check-out: 10 AM (book an extra day if you need early/late).
• Rental agreement required for stays of 14+ days.
• No parties or events.
• Pet-friendly ($75 fee per stay). Baby/pet gate available. Pets must not be left outdoors unattended; crate indoors if you leave. Cleanup required (bags provided).
• Amenities: free onsite parking, high-speed Wi-Fi, streaming TVs, washer/dryer.
• Natural-gas heat and hot water — safe, reliable, and efficient.

• Steep Discounts
Enjoy discounted rates for weekly and monthly stays — perfect for extended visits or remote work.
• Pet-Friendly with Fenced Yard
Well-behaved pets are welcome with a $75 pet fee. The large fenced-in backyard is great for pets and outdoor relaxing. For their safety, pets must not be left outdoors unattended—even in the fenced yard. If you leave the home, pets must be crated indoors. Poop bags are provided — we appreciate your help keeping the yard clean for future guests.
• Gas Grill
The BBQ grill is connected to the home’s gas line — no propane tank needed. Just turn the valve near the grill and you're good to go!
• Trash Disposal
This home doesn’t have curbside pickup, so we ask guests to take trash to the dumpster in the alley during their stay. Thanks for your help keeping the home tidy!
• Transparent Pricing
We keep cleaning fees low by paying our cleaners hourly and passing the savings on to you. The base nightly rate includes up to three guests. For additional guests, there’s a $15 per night charge to cover extra cleaning and laundry.
• Quiet Retreat
This is a relaxing, residential home. Parties and events are not allowed.
• Baby/Pet Gate
A gate is available to block off the stairs. It’s stored in the laundry room and easy to set up if needed.
• Gas-Powered Heat & Hot Water
The home uses gas for heat and hot water. Occasionally, you might notice a faint smell near the water heater or furnace — that’s normal. Feel free to reach out if you have any concerns.
• Rental Agreement
A rental agreement is required for stays of 14 days or more.
