    Can’t wait to come back

We brought our 9 month old pup for his first vacation and we had a blast. The perfect location for a getaway, beautiful room and grounds, plenty to do, and great people. What more can you ask for?

    Best pet hotel anywhere

I can only second every glowing review about this hotel. "Dog friendly" doesn't begin to describe the doggie nirvana that is 3 B's. The amenities for people are only exceed by the dog amenities. Stay here with a dog once and you will be too spoiled to stay anywhere else with your dog and be satisfied.

    Slice of Perfection

This is the most amazing place to stay for dogs and their humans. The delightful and welcoming owners have thought of everything needed for an amazing stay. There’s a large enclosed dog area, large dog kennel cabins if you have to leave your dog for a short while, a beautiful trail, a pond to swim, dog wash station, towels and covers and treats. Everything a pooch would need, including fun with other dog guests. The accommodation is first rate and the gourmet style breakfasts are delicious. All combined with wonderful owners. The location is picturesque and in close proximity to all the Asheville area has to offer. I highly recommend this inn. It’s amazing! My dogs did not want to leave.

    Hidden Gem!

3 B’s was a fantastic spot! These guys have really got it figured out. We stayed in the cabin and it was very comfortable. Our dogs really enjoyed the private back yard. The owner, Glen, was very friendly and helpful. And the property was beautiful! It’s only a 10-15 minute drive from Chimney Rock and Lake Lure, as well as plenty of hiking. We will definitely be back!

    Great place

We absolutely loved our stay. We just returned from our first trip with our rescued shepherd. We were so pleased with this stay the owners Glenn and Ann were wonderful hosts. The large play area allowed our dog to run and play. The large pond/lake area was her first experience with water. This entire area is dog friendly and our hosts told us fun areas to take the dog. Definitely coming back.

    Mountain Paradise

We just returned from a week long stay at 3B's Inn and we give it our highest recommendation for a truly dog friendly vacation. Chief had the best time! He dove off of a dock into the water for the first time ever and loved retrieving sticks out of the pond. Our cottage was immaculate and well-equipped. The breakfast each morning was delicious and something different each day. Glen and Anne are the perfect hosts. The grounds were spacious and provided us with lots to do, from the dog park to the lake, to the walking trail. Each day we set out on an adventure to nearby towns to explore and have lunch at dog friendly restaurants. The winding mountain roads and cooler temperatures were a real treat. It's a mountain paradise! Bob, Marie, and Chief McDonald

    A Puppy Palace

3B's was great. From the moment we pulled in, the proprietor Glen was there to meet us and give us a tour of the property. The room was a spacious retro-feeling, motel-style room. It was spacious, comfortable, and sparkling clean. The room smelled fresh, and there was even a puppy station for leashes, food and water bowls, a dog bed and extra pet sheets so Barnaby could lounge with us while protecting the furniture.

The grounds were LOVELY. A small pond for dogs to swim and a gorgeous little walking trail. It felt so tranquil and comfortable. We had the opportunity to hang out around the fire pit with other dog people, and I found that to be a ton of fun! The other guests respected the rules regarding leashes, and I found them to be friendly without being overbearing.

From the delicious breakfast, to the comfortable beds and great shower, Barnaby had an excellent stay in the room and in the air conditioned "Mutt Hutt" doggie suite the property. On top of all that, Asheville is less than half an hour away. I can't wait to come back.

    Fantastic for dogs and humans

We spent a couple of nights at 3 B's Inn and loved it. Radar was delighted with all the toys in the enclosed area. The room was clean and had plenty of space for all of us. The morning breakfast boxes were delicious and the coffee was plentiful. Can't recommend enough!

    Dog and people paradise

If you are looking for a great place to stay close to Asheville with your dog, this is the place. We went with our mastiff mix Homer for his first ever trip. We couldn't have picked a better spot. This place has it all and you must have a dog to stay! Dogs are permitted everywhere on the premises as long as they are leashed and they have a fenced in play area to let them off leash. Additionally, there are large beautiful air conditioned dog kennels with classical music playing that you can leave your dog or dogs in if you want to venture somewhere without them. We only used this when we were eating the fantastic breakfasts they prepare each morning as dogs aren't allowed where the food is. You can however choose to keep your dog with you and eat outside on a covered patio if you would like. Homer had a great time in the lake, meeting other people and dogs, and walking the gorgeous and well kept grounds. The rooms are comfortable and dog friendly and everything is very clean and well-kept. The owners are amazing and make you and your dog feel special and right at home. The inn is conveniently located to Asheville and Chimney Rock. They gave us excellent recommendations on where to go and we enjoyed hanging in both with Homer visiting breweries and other dog friendly establishment. Asheville brewing, Urban Orchard in Asheville and Old Rock Cafe with their amazing burgers in Chimney rock were some of our favorites. If you are looking for a place to go relax and be comfortable with your dog, this place is it. Book a stay, you won't regret it. We are looking forward to returning.

    Doggie and People Paradise

This Inn specially caters to dogs and their pet parents. We have 2 male Westies that we often travel with. Really wanted to visit Ashville because of the Biltmore and because the city is super doggie friendly. Hotel is located in the mountains (3000ft) about 11 miles from Ashville. This hotel only lets you stay if you bring a dog. Dogs can stay in rooms as long as people are present. If you want to make a site seeing trip without dogs, there are heated/air conditioned kennels for your dogs. There is a large fenced-in area that allows dogs to run off-lease. Also there is a large, deep pond for people and dogs. We visited in December so no swimming. The owner is personable and gave us great tips on sight seeing and restaurants. Hotel grounds has hiking trails. Breakfast is included and it was specially made each day and was very good. Can't say enough how beautiful the setting is with all the mountains. Our dogs had a great time and made us promise to bring them again this coming summer.

    Dog Paradise

We spent two nights here over Memorial Day weekend with our dog. This place isn’t just pet friendly. It’s a paradise for dogs. We stayed in the two-bed, two-bath cottage, which has a full kitchen and a private fenced yard. The property has a pond, lots of acreage for walking, an outdoor shower for the dogs, and a large fenced area where the dogs can run free. Although we kept our dog with us, she was assigned a large, air-conditioned kennel in case we wanted to leave her for a few hours. There is plenty for the humans, too-delicious breakfast is included. The area is lovely, within 20-30 minutes of Asheville, Chimney Rock, and Lake Lure. The owners were attentive to us and the dog. I hope to return.
