      Great location

      Hotel staff was amazing and showed my nervous husky so much love. A block to restaurants, shopping and a lovely park to walk your best friend.

      Great Staff

      Very sweet staff that love dogs and are so accommodating. The hotel is in the city... VERY downtown and there’s no where to walk your dog (as in grass, but there are sidewalks). My Dal HATES cars and loud noises and traffic so it was hard to stay here but that’s the only complaint. They didn’t charge me the pet fee and they refunded me the night I checked out early (even though it was non refundable). I wish they had a dog park or dog walk area and it would be FIVE FIVE FIVE

      Comfy, spacious and clean

      We stayed here as our pup was having eye surgery close by. The studio spaces are nice, spacious and comfy. Nice to have a kitchen too.

      Only issues, it would be nice if the BringFido pricing would include or at least be very clear about the additional dog fees, $150 for the stay in this case and the daily parking, $22.

      With COVID they are also only cleaning the rooms every three days. We were able to get new towels and whatnot without issue but in the before time I think we are all accustomed to having a daily room clean.

      Location is great, just a few blocks from the heart of the very nice old town Padedena.

      I would stay there again.

      Excellent if you can afford it

      The dog policy is very generous: you can leave your dogs in the room as long as they have your cell number. The nearest good potty stop is a five-minute walk to a city park. For the humans, the complimentary breakfast is very good. Maybe I'm just naive about L.A.-area prices, but the place is expensive, especially Thursday through Saturday (when the price essentially doubles).
