It’s a cute place but it’s not worth the money. Upon arrival there was multiple clumps of someone else’s dog fur on the floor. Paw print of someone else’s dog on the bedding, and bedding was not cleaned for our stay. The fridge was dirty and froze all our groceries!!! So even more money lost. To top it all off, room cleaner came in with NO KNOCK at 10:42am Sunday before checkout time at 11am.

This is an old updated motel, when looking at the images it appears you are getting an upscale room with amenities. It's divided into two properties, one side looks like an old apartment building with stairs and no elevator for pregnant, disabled or those with pets. The floors are concrete with no rug very cold and not cozy as shown in images. Check-in is at a bar and not the friendliest of service, almost felt like it was an inconvenience to check in guest. Smores we’re not fresh and parking was horrible. The mini refrigerator was not working and all my food had to be thrown out. I see potential in this property, but for now it was one of my worse stays visiting for first time. Lastly, this place was not very dog friendly. In fact it’s one of the worst places I stayed at with my pet.

We loved our stay at The Coachman. The motel is charming and the staff was great. Dogs are welcomed in all the common areas (inside and out). It was easy and convenient to take our pup out to do his business (great walkable surroundings and lots of grass/dirt patches). We will definitely be back and highly recommend.

We loved the look of the hotel and the lodge was a huge plus! Espresso, great breakfast, a bar, board games and fire pits all helped it feel welcoming and friendly people all gathered there.
We loved the touch of s’mores together every night too.
The room was clean and really good looking and came complete with even a heated toilet seat which was appreciated on this snowy weekend!
The staff was amazingly nice and every touch down to the doggie guest book really helped make the trip.

It was great stay and value. Everyone was very courteous. I stayed Mon-Sat before Memorial Day weekend. The room was not attended to each day by housekeeping but I didn’t mind. I actually prefer it. However, they were happy to take care of my full trash can when asked. The location is perfect, I walked every day to dine across the street (heavenly value shopping & dining). Dogs went everywhere with me. The room was very comfortable & clean.

This is our 1st trio with our newly adopted German Shepard Penny.
We were greeted with smiles and Penny got a goodie bag. People at this hotel truly love dogs. They look at them, compliment them, pet them, have water available for them etc...
