At check in when even though my booking stated I had a pet when I reported it I was asked the size of the dog when I stated 33 lbs. She said OH THAT'S A BIG DOG. She acted like she wasn't going to let me stay. The room itself was in need for some maintenance. Lamp shade was missing. Flooring had several pieces missing. Bed scarf was stained or maybe just needed washing.
