No servicing of room during 3 night stay. I don’t require a lot, but they should’ve at least swept the floor to get the sand that you track in from just walking the dog.

Might be considered dog friendly, but went from $20 a night to $50 a night when we checked in. They did not clean the 5 days we were there. The floor was so filthy we had to wear our flip flops the entire time or else our feet were black! Also, the area is not dog friendly. One dog park was close and nice, but no point paying for close to the beach when dogs aren’t welcome! Would not recommend. It was tolerable only.

I don’t like giving bad reviews but people need to be warned away from Bayside. I rented the king suite which is a decent size room but filthy. The floor was gritty with sand. The window overlooking the canal (not a bay) was dirty. The high top table was sticky. But the gross part was walking into the bathroom to see the toilet plunger and the toilet bowl brush sitting right there on the floor below the towel bar and yes there were towels on it. The bathroom floor was filthy with other people’s filth and hair. And I paid more than $200 per night plus $50 per night for my dog at this place! And they charge extra to use their grill, leave dishes in the sink, and other nickel and dime stuff.

Ended up here due to a mistake with the booking service, and I don't think they told the hotel we would have dogs when they booked us here, even though I specified pet friendly. When we arrived, I was given a lecture about cleaning up after my dogs, told to keep my dogs off the furniture and beds, and also told to keep both my dogs in one room (we had two rooms) so they wouldn't have to clean as much. Had been looking forward to sitting on the deck but ended up staying in the room and hushing the dogs every time they made a noise. Didn't feel welcome at all!

Clean, spacious hotel room, sits on the bay and across the street from the beach, walking distance to all TI restaurants and Johns Pass.
