Off the beaten path and plenty of grass for our dog. Quiet and clean. Bathroom needed updating but otherwise a nice stay.

This little motel was a throwback to earlier times. Clean and comfortable, plenty of space for walking the dog, but pretty far out of town.

It was a little tricky getting to this place from I75/23, i.e. it's not on the main drag - we exited Birch Run and it took about 10 minutes to get there, but it was worth it - great little place in the middle of a (cornfield)?
I wasn't sure because our stay was in late October, but you're in the middle of a little farming community and feel far out from the City / Suburbs, but yet food delivery and conveniences are only a 5 mile drive away.
It was great for our dog, he loved romping around in the field behind the motel complex and had plenty of room to Do his business and not have to worry about picking it up really, if anything he's fertilizing the field LOL.
Seriously though, they have garbage cans outside the motel for those times he had a dump in the grassy areas, it's an easy pick up / drop off.
Rooms are nice, simple, and clean, recently updated. Manager on site takes his business seriously.
Pet fee was $15 on top of everything else.
