    Le Meridien Charlotte welcomes two pets up to 80 lbs for an additional fee of $50 per night (not to exceed $150 per stay). Both dogs and cats are allowed. Well-behaved pets may be left unattended if the front desk is notified and a Do-Not-Disturb sign is place on the door. Treats are available at the front desk, and there is a grassy area for pet relief on the property. There are parks located near the hotel for additional walking areas.       Horrible

      How is this a 4 star hotel! Seediest drunk crowd - shouting in the hallway until 3am. If you call the reception - goes straight to answering service. There was no valet and the parking lots were full. I had to haul my stuff and 2 dogs to the reception are and no one was there. It was late around midnight but still! Marriott’s standards are not the same anymore apparently. And the 15th floor is not very dog friendly! Better to take Fido elsewhere!

      Would not pay any more than $160 a night

      But other than that, great stay! AC was old and didn’t quite keep us cool.

      Red carpet treatment for dogs and people

      Beautiful hotel with super helpful and nice staff! They offered dog bowls, treats and a bed for my pup (we said yes to the bed) and offered complimentary champagne for me! There is a $50 a day pet fee (maxes out at $150 total) but they are large dog friendly and my pup can go almost anywhere in the hotel. Hotel staff remembered my dog's name (Kiki) and would greet her throughout the hotel, such a sweet and thoughtful touch!
