They had services available for my dog (bowls, etc). Everyone treated her like royalty, including other guests. My reasoning for 4 and not 5 bones was the 'dogs must be crated' rule when the owner leaves the room. I understand why the rule is in place, but the rooms are sooooo tight that a 36"x24" crate barely fit on the floor. A person couldn't even walk around it.
