      Meh

      They acted as though they were unaware we had a dog coming. Room rug was damp/humid, shower was fine, but couldn’t get sink water warm- weird.
      Dog was also $150 extra, which I don’t remember and have to go back and check.

      Great experience

      So nice and welcoming to my dog. The hotel is beautiful and the restaurant was spectacular.

      Perfect hotel and they treated Chevy our black lab, great! He even got a gift when checking in!:)

      Location of the hotel in Charleston is perfect.

      Wonderful stay

      There is an additional, flat fee for your dog to stay but upon check-in they gave our dog a water bowl, treats and a new toy for their stay! Everyone was great and welcoming the dog, making us all feel very comfortable.
