    Incredible stay

Our trip started with an early check in where Christopher welcomed us with a toy for our furry friend along with two bags of treats. Everything was perfect here including the room and location. Great valet service with Steve. Entire city was incredibly dog friendly as was this hotel. Would definitely recommend to all!

    Nice rooms

Nice room but and good breakfast but dog walking area was very small and very dark at night. Fee for my small dog was way too much.

    Great for big dogs

It says 70 lbs weight limit but we had our full grown Great Dane and everyone was super friendly, we had zero problems. The rooms have microwaves, plates, and a big refrigerator if you need anything for feeding your dog. 10/10 stay

    Good spot in midtown

Staff was very welcoming; nice room; decent breakfast included. A block away is Conway Twitty park. It’s small but has grass & trees and a bench.

Insecure hotel, not very pet friendly

    1) We brought two Labrador retrievers for our stay, based upon the recommendation of BringFido. Upon arrival, we asked the desk clerk for the location of the dog walking area, and he told us that it is under construction, and it was all mud, and he told us to walk a block away to the traffic circle to walk our dogs. That is completely unacceptable for a property that calls itself "pet friendly."

    2) From a security perspective this hotel is completely insecure. I've never been in a hotel where the elevator was outside the main part of the hotel, and did not require walking past the front desk. Without even the security of requiring a room key to access the hotel room floors, any person could walk through the entrance, turn left to the elevators (without walking into the lobby and past the front desk), and ride the elevators to any floor of the hotel. his is not the quality of the Hilton properties that I've come to expect.

    Very Dog Friendly!

General Manager, Denzel, was very welcoming, helpful & provided the best room for my 1st long-distance trip w/my Therapy dog. Room was next to outside door & side grassy area. Hotel was in a block easily navigated for a walk. Would have loved to walk the campus, but was over 100 degrees outside. Staying here again on return trip home.
