  Highly recommend!

  The hotel is located away from the hectic main strip but very accessible to everything. Hotel staff were very pleasant and the property and hotel were very well kept and clean! We especially enjoyed the geese and ducks flying by our balcony as did our dog! Easy parking and the breakfast was very well stocked. Would give more than 5 bones if possible! Awesome stay.

  Great location on the river

  We absolutely loved our stay! The property was very nice. Our room was very clean and had zero smells. Plenty of room for family of 4 plus two dogs. The river and ducks were amazing plus being on the end of strip was super nice and quiet. Six minutes from the island and shopping! Very handy location! Our dogs really enjoyed it! The only thing was grassy area was limited right now but still our pups really enjoyed staying here and so did our family. The breakfast was really good and the staff kept it very clean and fully stocked! Staff was super nice! Definitely will stay here again!

  Great Stay

  Great location right on the river. Clean suite with a couch and an outside balcony over the river. Not perfect dog area if you need a lot of space but it worked great for us. Great find for the price.

  Perfect Stay

  Great hotel but…

  Twin Mountain Inn was great in many ways. The front desk clerk who checked us in was awesome. She got us in earlier than normal check-in time and gave us a room right next to the elevator when she saw my husband has to use a walker. The only downsides were that the tub would not hold water; it kept leaking because the stopper would not hold and the towels were pretty skimpy. Otherwise, a great stay!!

  Loved that it was pet friendly. Great spacious room with big balcony and overlooking the river. Plus, great location to the parkway. And it was very clean.

  Beautiful Pup Friendly Hotel

  We loved our stay here and our pup was in heaven. This hotel is so clean and welcoming. The room was huge and comfy and we had a great private balcony with a view of the river which was sooo relaxing, our pup loved watching all the wildlife come and go. We cant wait to stay here again, the remodel of this hotel was done top notch. Beautiful pup friendly hotels are hard to find and this one is amazing. Thanks for such a great place to stay in the smoky's, it is much appreciated.

  Enjoyable location!

  Our first visit and we enjoyed our stay. Small, quiet and clean hotel, friendly staff and all rooms have balconies overlooking the water, which Tasia loved. Far enough off the main road that it was quiet but still close to restaurants and attractions. We would definitely stay again.

  Great Location with a River View

  Check-in was easy and the host was helpful. The rooms were immaculate. The only negative was we were on the third floor with the puppies. No other complaints will definitely stay here again.

  All around fantastic!

  We booked this hotel based on past reviews and have been completely satisfied! Every room has a balcony facing the river! Morning coffee and our pup scanning for ducks from the balcony were great starts to the day! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and large, with a fireplace. Plenty of room for the pups playpen! The location is great! The parkway is nearby and anything you could imagine wanting to do, to eat, or to see is close in distance! They serve complementary breakfast each morning, 24 hour coffee and juice in the lobby, the guest laundry is on third floor, ask for room 311 or 312 if you want to be near the laundry. The water pressure is great, the bathroom area has two sinks, refrigerator and microwave!!!

  Great Everything!!

  View from balcony was beautiful! Beds were the most comfortable I think I've ever had! Room was clean. Nice to have a microwave in the room as most don't offer them anymore. Our room was super cozy with the fireplace. Every employee we dealt with was very nice. The breakfast bar was nicely stocked each morning. It was nice to not have to leave for breakfast. Will definitely stay here again. My only complaint was that some pet owners were NOT picking up their dog's waste. Problems like that could make it hard for us pet lovers to book there in the future! Don't be lazy! Pick up your dog's poop!!

  No thrills but clean and centrally located. My pup enjoyed lounging on the patio watching the ducks below swim.

  Great experience

  Motel was clean. Room was more than expected, beds were comfortable, had a fireplace, room for his kennel, and a balcony, with seating overlooking the river. Although there was no dog run, it was on a quiet street with plenty of open green space.

  Great Place

  Lots of great people and their dogs were so happy. Everyone was so nice, loving and happy with our babies!!! The girls had a great time and was happy watching the river and all the ducks.
  Will definitely be back soon!!!

  Room good, clean, remodeled, hot breakfast, and dog friendly. The area is nice for dog walks. If you’re on the fifth floor, look out from the balcony around 10 pm to watch the fireworks from Dollywood (I think).

  First time staying here. It was on a side street off the main road. Very quiet, the staff was so friendly. Nice area to walk a dog. Nice little breakfast set up. Super cozy, and very clean! I loved it there! Will definitely stay again.

  This was “dog hotel”, so many people had their dogs with them, loved it. Even with so many dogs, it was very clean, no smell, had a river view and fireplace. And the pet fee was pretty cheap.

  Wonderful place to stay

  Located a block of of the main thoroughfare through Pigeon Forge, this hotel was relaxing and convenient to the local area. Look forward to staying here again.

  Great Stay!!!

  Definitely was a great place to stay with my dog (even without). The room was clean and well maintained. The property was clean and I felt very safe (I was a solo traveler so this was really important to me). Will absolutely stay here again in the future and highly recommend to everyone!!
