      Good location

      The grassy area outside was good, the staff were friendly, and the pet fee was waived with an IHG membership. I’m giving a 3 rating because overall the hotel was tired and dirty.

      Late night arrival

      Had no problem bringing our dog and with the HI membership they did not charge the pet fee. They supply "bags" and enough grass to keep everyone happy. Quiet and no fear of traffic.

      Great stay

      Dogs were greeted warmly by all staff. Room was clean and comfortable with mini kitchen, so would be great for a longer stay. Note: the document that I signed for the dogs to stay stated that there is an 80 lb weight limit. My Dane was welcomed without issue, but I’m not sure if that would change based on who’s at the front desk.

      Best hotel experience ever

      We had a BIG mixup with our reservation but the hotel went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed (and it wasn’t even the hotel's fault!). I’ve never been more impressed with all the staff and the whole experience. The rooms were very nice, everything was clean and there was tons of room to walk my large dogs. We took a few walks around the hotel subdivision and felt very safe.
