      Great location

      Hassle free, several dog-friendly green spaces surrounding hotel.

      Not so 4 bone

      Our experience there was decent but a bit underwhelming. The suite was clean and the staff was very nice but I did request my dog bowls twice and room service never came to drop them off. Other issues were with the shower being inconsistent in temperature, one minute it was warm and the next it was cold. Also, the AC was not working properly and wouldn’t cool down that well. I’m not saying I wouldn’t come back here because it is a great location, rooms are nice (could use better lighting) and I’m sure this experience was an anomaly.

      Very Pet Friendly

      The hotel is located across the street from a little grass park. However, doors are locked on that side of the building to come back in and depending on what time, you may not have a door person to let you in. Not a complete deterrent just an FYI. Also, parking is $24 for self park and $32 for valet. Just another consideration! Otherwise a lovely hotel.

      Very good experience

      Park right across the street! Great location; in the heart of downtown Dallas. Beautiful rooms, pet-friendly staff!

      Clean and welcoming

      Very helpful staff. The park across the street was helpful for pet relief. It wasn’t the best park, but definitely a grassy area for pups to use. The elevators were slow, but the room was nice and clean.

      Great and Friendly staff

      The Westin hotel was a beautiful place and such friendly staff! I brought my dog with me, and the valet employee, Manny, made my dog feel so welcome. Also, the front desk was super helpful.
