I enjoyed my stay so much I stayed an extra night. My suite was very nice and clean. The dog walking area was clean, the lawn was well maintained. However I did pick up a terrible sticker in my flip flop. I’m grateful my puppy did not find it instead. The hotel staff were all very nice and helpful. I needed to find a place to get my car cleaned and Jerry was very helpful. Castaway’s hotel bar and grill poolside was the absolute highlight of my stay. Marie was always smiling, helpful and constantly on the go.
Saw a lot of other dogs on my visit here, they have a nice pet area which is very clean, the hotel in general is kept very tidy. They never said anything to me about my dog even though I never told him he was coming with me !

She was such a champ getting in and getting out of the elevator, like she is a pro. The staff and other guests were all very nice and greeted us with smiles and kind words. We actually felt very much at home. We definitely going back.
We were on the West End and my 13 year old puppy was enjoying all of the different smells when she was not chasing the birds that got too close to our blanket. 🐾
