      Nice place to stay

      Nice clean hotel with a spacious room. Large SPOTLESS bathroom with plenty of towels. Very kind and accommodating hosts. $75 per pet charge is kind of steep. Also our room lacked USB ports. Only one that worked was behind the TV. Other than that we were very pleased with the hotel and would stay there again.

      Great hotel!

      We had a nice stay. Plenty of amenities and location was great. I was offered water and food bowls for my dog and very pleasant and helpful desk associate. Will stay again if ever in Katy.

      Nice room

      Room was nice and clean. But the dog area is small and loud from nearby traffic.

      Clean hotel! Saw lots of puppy friends, too! Pet-friendly rooms are extremely clean. I have a non shedding breed so we really appreciate a room free from hair and dander that can cause allergies to flair up. Was passing through on a road trip from Arizona to Florida. Will definitely stay here again!

      Loved my stay

      I was staying at another hotel down the street (Palacio Royale Inn, don't stay there) and decided to move to another hotel in the middle of my stay. David was very friendly and accommodating to that fact that we were staying in such a horrible hotel. The hotel room was very spacious. Although there is a fee for the dog, it was worth it to stay there.

      Pet friendly!

      The Hyatt was a pet friendly hotel. They have a small dog walking area in the front of the hotel. Additionally, they provided dog waste disposal bags and receptacle for disposal. The Staff was also tolerant of my barking puppy!
