    The Tiki welcomes two pets of any size for an additional fee of $75 per stay (for one pet) or $120 per stay (for two pets). Guests with pets are permitted in Condos. Both dogs and cats are allowed, but pets may not be left unattended in rooms. Treats are available at the front desk, and there is a grassy relief area with pet station on the property. For same day arrivals, please call 877‑411‑3436 to confirm availability of a pet-friendly room.

      Definitely a good area

      My husband and are finally excited that we get to bring our 2 dogs with us on a vacation! They have multiple areas for our dogs which is great to take them on a "walk." Also, love they're close to the beach!

      The Tiki

      The property is in a great location and is very welcoming of pets. As it is owned by independent owners, some units may be better than others. Ours would have received a better review if it were in better condition. Upon arrival, we called maintenance to repair the toilet paper holder. While he was there we also noticed a spring and piece of cloth hanging from the sofa sleeper and a small rip at the cushion seam, a broken foot rail on one stool and worst of all the "security bar on the sliding door didn't work and the door frame was loose! I give the cleanliness of the unit a B- there was a shriveled orange in the refrigerator and the mirror was smeared, I could go on, but you get the idea. This was unit #158. Hopefully the owners will stop putting off the much needed repairs, as it was clear that these are not new items.
