    Close to the beach

This is a great hotel close to the beach. The room was very nice, clean and looked to be newly renovated. The dog area was small and not fenced in, but there are plenty of places close by to take the doggo for potty breaks. The couch was VERY small, but I'm guessing that's to keep dogs off of it. It would have been nice to have the TV in the bedroom instead of the "living room." (I know it's a beach town and you should be spending your time outside not watching TV.) We were there for two days the day after Christmas, so of course it was raining. But that didn't keep us from going outside. We were able to hunt for some clams, but didn't catch any because of the weather. So we didn’t get to use the clam cleaning station. Overall it was a great hotel and we'd stay here again.

Some good, some not so good

Very dog friendly, good location, nice little fire pit, bed was ok, but no hot water on the morning of my departure. I tried to contact the front office about it, but no one responded, or ever got back to me about the issue.
