Clean, bed was okay. Nothing to write home about. Dated motel. No water pressure. Very quiet. Good for a single night.

Carmel Fireplace Inn was a great stay right in the heart of downtown! We thoroughly enjoyed the location, room, amenities - it was perfect! Will definitely come back next time we’re in Carmel.

We loved our stay here! Comfy bed, really enjoyed the gas fireplace, the Dutch door, the inn’s central location and the quiet! Good parking. We’ll be back!

Blinds were old/damaged, hard to work with. People above us, family of 4, were up at 4am making a lot of noise. You could hear water running from upstairs down through our walls. Nothing for our pet. Most places will have a little treat for the dog. Clean and friendly enough, just unimpressed

Location was so perfect, walked everywhere, room was super clean and quaint. Parking is a bear but that’s true everywhere in Carmel!

Upon my early arrival, the room was ready. Augustine at the front desk was an absolute pleasure to speak with. She is so cheerful and helpful. The room was a large room with a king size bed a twin size bed and a sleeper sofa. It came with a fireplace, a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot. We felt that the hotel was clean and the common areas well-maintained. Parking is limited.
The location was just A couple blocks away from Ocean Avenue. It was a short walk, but since it was away from the main avenue it was quiet.
