      Real Magic in 'The Magic City'

      Miami is known as "The Magic City" but the real magic occurs at the "Hampton Inn & Suites Miami Wynwood Design District" and it's all because of the employees who GO OUT OF THEIR WAY to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. Osleidy, Sara, Belkis & Angel (Housekeeping), led by Maribel, Yamile, & Nancy (Housekeeping Supervisors) work tirelessly to keep your room welcoming, clean, and comfortable. They always ask, "How's everything? Can I get you anything?" and "Please let me know if you need anything."

      From greeting guests to addressing any and all concerns, Alexis, Angelica, Benzen, Daniel, David, Derek, & Zully navigate the duties at the Front Desk with class, charm, and patience! The breakfast is served hot & delicious every single day but it would not be complete without the warm smiles and greetings from Lennys, Guillermo, Ingrid, Gustavo, & Thalia who make sure everything is in order and that all guests are satisfied! This hotel could not run as efficiently as it does without Feliz C., Maikel M., Christofer, Pedro, Suryan, Ricardo M., & Eugenio L. I look forward to coming back in my travels! GREAT JOB, EVERYONE!!!!!
