      Terrible hotel!

      I give this place no bones, but I could not post without giving at least 1 bone. I called the hotel to make a reservation and it went to a booking phone number. I could not speak directly with the hotel. They charged me $200 for the room plus taxes and fees that came to $335 for the night. Then when we arrived we found the place was disgusting. The hallways and stairs had lights out and trip hazards on the steps. There was bird poop on the hand rails, carpet and doors throughout the hallways. The room was disgusting too. We could not stay there and had to find another hotel down the street that was much cheaper. Unfortunately when booking they said no refunds and at the hotel they had no refund signs everywhere. The pictures online are misleading showing a clean and cheerful hotel. The rooms were dark and had dirty carpeting. Bathrooms were old and worn down. DO NOT STAY HERE.

      Nice room, next to great German restaurant, good area outside for doggy sniffing and doggy business.

      Excellent Helen Location

      This hotel is undergoing some renovations. The manager is friendly and the accommodations were good. We enjoyed our stay.

      Remodel needed

      The room had bugs and was dirty and in dire need of a remodel. Will never stay here again.
