I booked directly with BringFido with Eric’s assistance. I was very impressed when I arrived at the hotel late Wednesday night. My senior dog was exhausted and the hotel obligingly honored my request to be on the ground floor. In addition, we were right next to the lobby which made trips outside at all hours of day easy for my “girl." I’m extremely grateful to the staff at both businesses.
The hotel itself is very nice and staff very friendly. No issues with pets at check in. Very limited area to walk your dogs. The only green area is in front of the hotel and borders a very busy highway. Not an issue for our guys as the traffic does not bother them but if you have a dog that has noise issues keep that in mind. We have a senior golden how has mobility issues and staff gave us a ground floor room right next to side entrance, which was very helpful. We would certainly stay here again.
There was a $10 charge for parking when I checked in that I didn’t expect and wasn’t shown on the BringFido website. The front desk staff was great. The room was very clean but had a strong room deodorizer smell. I would definitely stay there again.
They were great to all of our needs including our fur babies. The room was clean great location great breakfast good coffee and more definitely will stay again
My big dog made fast friends w/ the staff members (who gave him yummy cookies). When I mentioned that I foster animals the staff kindly donated a bag of stained but clean towels from the hotel to our rescue. Good vibes
we have stayed here twice with our girl and they are amazing. the rooms are very clean and extremely dog friendly. this is the only hotel we use when down this way!
