Enjoyed my stay here. The only caution is finding green space for your dogs relief. Otherwise great hotel and staff.

We enjoyed our stay. Abigail was welcomed. The courtyard was lovely for breakfast. The only inconvenience was there isn’t grass close by. We would recommend The Indigo Inn.

Great hotel with good location to all that is Charleston. The hotel staff was very friendly to my dog and we had a lovely stay. The one big downfall was the "potty" area. The designated area is extremely small, with a long slice of weeds next to the side of the building where employees.take their smoke breaks and put their cigarette butts. If my dog was any bigger, he would not have enough room to go to the bathroom. Also, the poop bags were out.

We shortened our stay by a day because of weather and staff was very accomodating. Room was very small—Europe room size small, but kept nicely and had no smell.

the per room pet fees were a little higher than I'd like so I docked a bone but otherwise it was a terrific stay so 4 bones for Indigo Inn!

We found this hotel through BringFido over 5 years ago and have been repeat customers since. We have taken our dog here multiple times a year. After this past experience there though, we will never return and will never recommend this hotel to any visitors, with or without dogs. When we arrived, there had been some miscommunication during the booking. There was no record of us booking a dog friendly room. This was upsetting, and fortunately for us, we were able to send our dog to a family’s house outside of town. But for anyone without a place to take their dog to, this would have been even more upsetting. The real issue we had was with the service, with Robert at the front desk. He was rude and condescending. The hotel did nothing to make up for miscommunication, and could care less about our pet and our feelings about the entire situation. Not dog lovers. No empathy. Sadly, we will not return.

Lovely little inn with warm, friendly staff. Great breakfast included and very welcoming to our 2 dogs.

Great location, extremely pet friendly, beds and pillows were so comfortable. In the heart of the market. Walk to everything. Highly recommend. I will stay there again for sure!
